Constantine to host International Malouf Festival
The International Malouf Festival will return to Constantine for its third edition, APS reported on Sunday (August 16th). Skikda hosted the 2008 festival. More than a hundred local artists and Malouf troupes from Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Syria and Turkey will take part in the October event, organisers said.
