Tunis, December 10, 2008- Gammarth, a small town located north of Tunis, a stone’s throw away from Carthage, will soon host the third edition of its highly successful Techno House festival.
The festival which will take place from December 19 to 26 in four of Gammarth’s hotel clubs, will no doubt put the young audience that is expected to flock to the event literally, in trance.
Following the festival’s success in 2006 and 2007, organizers are seeing things in big by inviting some of the world’s best Techno House clubbers. Among them are the well known German ‘trance’ duo , Ralph Kyau and Steven Moebius Albert, but also the 22 year old Dutch clubber, Menno De Jong, who after giving full house performances in Belgium, Berlin, Moscow and Miami, will be welcomed in style by his Tunisian fans.
For the closing evening on December 26, the organizers have scheduled what promises to be a memorable performance of the English trio “Above and Beyond” (see photo). The group which is currently listed among the top ten DJ’s in the world, has created several remix titles for Delerium, Dido, Britney Spears and Madonna’s “What it feels like for a girl”.
The event confirms Tunisia’s position as one of the world’s top clubbing destinations and will no doubt attract many young ‘trance’ and techno house fans from all over Tunisia and beyond
